Descion Support Analyst

SCOPE OF JOB

The Decision Support Analyst is responsible for supporting Account Management and Implementation Management Services by maintaining key databases, project plans and generating inventory, sales activity, and performance reports.

Owns data integrity, data entry and all related workflow processes

 

Work with cross functional teams on a regular basis to drive processes and efficiencies

Maintain databases with the utmost integrity

May be called on to trouble shoot purchase orders, invoices, debit, and credit memos and work proactively with team members using initiative, to provide a responsive and professional service level to end customers.

 



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

2 to 5 years experience in business operations, services operations or accounting

Strong Excel and Access Database skills
Strong Interpersonal skills needed to be able to communicate with various groups.
Organized, detail-oriented, self-directed, analytical, highly energetic, professional, and  flexible.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks under dynamic conditions/constraints in this position.
Software or High Tech background preferred

BS or equivalent preferred

 

Approximatley 20-24 hours per week.
