Schawk is an NYSE traded company, headquartered in Des Plaines, IL, with offices worldwide.  We are now interviewing for a Designer to work on-site at one of our strategic clients located in Overland Park.

 

Summary:  

 

Support design needs of global consulting firm and their clients.  Working with our client's management teams and clients, you will have the opportunity to use your design skills to create powerful sales presentations, proposals and other correspondence. 

 

Essential Skills:

 Excellent client service skills; strong written and oral skillsBe highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deliverables and deadlinesMust possess a ?whatever-it-takes? approach to client and teamExpertise in MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel including design of proposals, presentations, event materials, local signage, credentials, maps, etc. as well as Adobe PhotoshopAbility to create templates, compelling charts/graphs and perform ?clean up? of existing proposals/presentationsProficiency in related graphic design software including Quark Xpress and Adobe Illlustrator a plusFamiliarity with a variety of operating systems, web browsers and platforms including Windows and Mac OSDelivery of high quality product to client acting as project manager on individual assignmentsUnderstanding and flawless execution of the client?s brand

 

 

Requirements:

 

Education/Experience:

 

?  Bachelor?s degree in related field.

?  3-5 years of proposal/presentation development experience.
