Description: Local development firm seeking an Administrative Assistant with a legal background. In this role, you will be supporting the company's Development Office staff which includes developers, financial analysts, and development specialists. Primary responsibilities will include: review land contracts, preparing closing documents, work with non profit organizations, tax credit projects, and extensive research. Must be able to work overtime as required.

Legal/ Real Estate background

Knowledge of LIHTC a plus.

Previous experience with closing documents

Bachelors degree preferred.
