Development Assistant – Fundraising/Non-Profit to $38k - Temp-to-Perm

Exciting opportunity to join an international non-profit as a Development Assistant.  This position is temp-to-perm as they want to make sure the right candidate is a fit for the organization and feels this position is a match for them long-term. This organization has almost no turnover so they are looking for a candidate that feels like this type of opportunity could be a career.  You will be responsible for raising contributions through annual fundraising efforts, events, coordinating mailings to prospects and current donors, processing acknowledgment of gifts and pledges, and compiling fundraising reports. You must be a college graduate with at least two years in fundraising, prior experience with direct mail and annual fundraising programs, strong writing and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. This is a great chance for a motivated individual to make a difference.
