Development Coordinator

Staff the company?s Capital Campaign Committee, schedule meetings, send out minutes, campaign updates and facilitate their follow-up.  Support DW?s capital and annual fund development efforts to include coordination of development activities with various DW departments and departmental committees including education, sales, marketing, and finance.General development correspondence?solicitation letters, thank you?s etc. Assist in development, tracking and coordination of proposals.Conduct prospect research as directed.Manage donor base to ensure achievement of goals.Maintain a proposed campaign schedule and general campaign calendar: Cabinet Newsletter, Worker Reports, and Tasks List.Track and manage information and gift moves. Assist in the implementation of cultivation and recognition events. Benchmark progress of all fundraising activities via regular reportingAssist in the implementation of the stewardship program.Update and organize materials: PowerPoint, Solicitor Packet, Campaign Book, etc. Other projects as assigned.
