Naperville Blueprinting co. seeks file manager.

Digital printing company seeks file manager, must be:  organized, motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, have strong customer service & communication Skills, must be skilled with PC & MS applications.  No design skills used.

 

Job entails but not limited to:  Monitoring digital construction documents on PC. Maintaining files in an extremely organized method for easy retrieval and printing. Communicating with customers and production staff to assure most current plans are printed.

 

Must be computer skilled with MS applications 

 

Job Description:

 

Digital file storage and maintenance.

 

Monitoring incoming email, ftp & hardcopy jobs for efficient production.

 

Maintain network folders so they are current and free of old files.

 

Handle special production projects related to large format black and white construction documents. 

 

Communicate with customers to discuss job specifications, deadlines and prepare work orders.

 

 Communicate with customers about problems and questions.

 

Communicate and trouble shoot with other departments to meet deadlines

 

Comprehend, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions

 

Proof finished product for any errors.
