Dispatch/Supervisor

California Overnight, a growing leader in the overnight package transportation industry is currently looking for a team player who wants to learn our business and grow with the company.We are now accepting applications for the position dispatcher/supervisor based in the Tucson area. The individual must be detail oriented, self motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. The individual will be responsible for data entry, monitoring/tracking deliveries to ensure service deadlines are met, resolving customer service issues as they arise, and auditing route paperwork/drivers? manifests. Must have solid knowledge of the Tucson metro area, ability to dispatch off a computer system and the ability to deal and prepare paperwork and reports. Previous dispatch experience and good communication, organizational and computer skills required.
