Dispatcher - Part Time Evenings

As a Service Dispatcher for Meenan, you will be the one our customers rely on to get service when they need it! You will prepare records and distribute work orders to Service Technicians in response to customer requests using our state-of-the-art scheduling and mapping technology!


Responsibilities will include:

Scheduling service calls and providing work orders for Service Technicians according to urgency
Reviewing jobs in service monitor to ensure they are dispatched and assigned as required, and
Communicating with other Dispatchers, Service Technicians and other departments


To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate superior Problem Solving skills, excellence in Customer Service, and solid Interpersonal Skills. Candidates must also be comfortable with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation.High school diploma or equivalent is required.

 

With exceptional customer service skills, no prior dispatch experience is necessary.

 

Hours for this position are

Tuesday and Saturday from 3:30 pm to Midnight.
