Primary support person for, but not limited to, all leadership functions for the Receiving department. These duties include the staffing, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workload planning, development and training, process and procedure compliance and performance objectives. Position also requires project work related to the Northeast Region's initiatives. Position has direct reports of 40-50 hourly employees.

HS/GED required. Four year college degree is desired. Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with direct reports, while fairly and consistently enforcing policies and procedures. Knowledge of distribution operations, as well as the healthcare industry necessary. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Capabilities must also include a high level of computer systems proficiency, independent initiative and flexibility/adaptability. Ability to develop and maintain teamwork. Strong leadership application skills. Customer, business and quality oriented. Well-developed management, organizational and time management skills. Past supervisory experience required. Ability to lead, manage and direct in an AIMS/Witron environment. Candidate must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others and maintain positive employee relations. Strong demonstrated process and results achievement. Proven ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. Lean Six Sigma experience a plus!
Hours: 4:30am-1pm, M-F
