District Administrative Manager

We currently have an immediate need for a District Administrative Manager to lead the field office team in our Kansas City area district office.

 

As a key representative of the district management team, you will supervise a team of administrative staff in performing various sales support functions while maintaining compliance with all corporate policies.  Administrative functions will include sales order processing, inventory control, service reporting, accounts receivable/collections and general office duties, all within a field sales environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

? Maintain profitability through effectively managing receivables, minimizing bad debt and initiating arbitration settlements for delinquent accounts

? Monitor, audit and reconcile district inventory to minimize excess inventory and control cost of goods

? Manage district financial performance improvements based on Key Performance Indicator [KPI] measurements

? Manage the sales order fulfillment process for operational efficiency and corporate compliance

? Manage general office functions including facilities, telecommunications, networking and purchasing
  Perform commission reconciliations to ensure the timely and accurate payment of commissions
  Support the sales team in revenue growth attainment

 Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree is highly preferred.
3-5 years of current/recent supervisory experience in an administrative environment, and a stable job history (no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years).
Previous exposure to operations management within a field sales environment is highly preferred.
Experience with responsibilities of an independent nature, as well as strong leadership skills, proficiency in a multi-tasking role, and the ability to obtain results through positive influence
Solid experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Internet Explorer, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical skill and basic understanding of accounting.
Strong customer relationship and negotiation skill.
