About the Opportunity Help Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, LLP be a leader in the legal industry by acting as the U.S. Docketing Agent who supports attorneys/patent scientists in their practice by processing incoming correspondance; preparing standard docketing form letters; processing outgoing filings for patents, trademarks and copyrights; audit trail check of documents; and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Ability to read and retrieve information necessary for docketing dates.

Effective organizational and communication skills.

Ability to operate office machines including personal computer and docketing system, photocopier, and fax machine.

Ability to work autonomously and complete daily tasks without constant supervision.

Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.

Ability to pay close attention to details, particularly numbers.

Strong ability to continually prioritize ever changing workload.

Must have legible cursive and printing.

Typing of 45 wpm. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.

Previous clerical and data entry experience demanding a high attention to detail is required.
