Document Control/Data Analyst

This position will:

* Provide administrative and coordination support for Procedure creation and edits, data analysis, adhoc reports etc.

* Coordinate internal activity logs, Procedures, and Work Instructions, while maintaining electronic and hard copy files.

* Maintain and distribute continuous improvement requests.

Maintain and improve upon Preventative Maintenance system.

Develop and coordinate work orders for use in various departments.

* Assist with New Product Introduction System.
* Follow and develop specific document control guidelines and processes.

Requirements

Have initiative, be solution orientated, creative and have the ability to communicate effectively with various departments and personnel

Must be able to create reports charts/graphs/paretos.

Basic knowledge of ISO-9000 documentation system preferred.

Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Access.

Experience with SQL preferred, but not required.

3-5 years document control or related experience in a manufacturing environment
