Large engineering department seeks Document Control Administrative Assistant.? Beautiful offices in

The Woodlands, comprehensive benefits package, friendly co workers and large stable company - this company has very little turnover - really knows how to?treat their employees.

Responsible for document transmissions to customers for approval, controlling transmittals through Excel spreadsheets, identifying approvals, providing general administrative support to a team of Engineers, 40% clerical responsibilities, 30% data processing, and 30% document control responsibilities.

Salary range $35K to $40K

Requirements:

Document Control Experience

Intermediate?Microsoft Office skills

Strong attention to detail is required

2+ years of administrative experience
