Drop Ship Coordinator

MacPherson?s, the leading nationwide wholesale distributor of art materials, has an immediate opening for a Drop Ship Coordinator in the Customer Service Department at our Emeryville, California Corporate Headquarters. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager. A genuine interest in promoting art supplies or the desire to learn about art materials is essential.

 

The Drop Ship Coordinator is in charge of all aspects of processing and billing orders drop shipped directly from our vendors to our customers. Acceptable candidates will have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, as well as manage timelines. At least one year of call center customer service experience is required, as are strong math and Excel skills. The Drop Ship Coordinator has daily phone contact with our vendors, sales representatives and customers, and must have a strong service orientation and the ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships. Duties also include reviewing orders for accuracy, completeness, discounts and pricing, so a strong attention to detail is essential.
