E Commerce Customer Service Representative

Primary responsibilitiesOrder Management of Consumer Goods purchased through client specific E Commerce Business to Consumer site.Daily Customer Contact: For inbound customer contacts (phone, email, web portal) regarding order status, shipping status or return status, secure information from database, warehourse, carriers or client and provide information to the customer; enter updates into databaseDaily, review order status of previous days purchasesDaily, review open order aging report: follow up with vendors to research and resolve issues and coordinate disbrtibution of all items ordered (models, parts, accessories, services)Follow up with customers on open issues and/or service delivery experience

Secondary responsibilitiesUp Sell and Cross Sell of Consumer Goods available on Client specific E Commerce siteSell consumer electronic items, parts, accessories, and servicesCommunicate features of new products and promotionsResearch and resolve customer inquireiesConfirm product availability and pricingTake personal responsibility for ongoing product knowledge training

Position RequirementsThe hours of operation are Saturday, Sunday, Monday 9AM to 7PM.  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7AM to 7PMSuperior phone etiquette and presentation, Excellent organizational skills1-3 years experience in Customer  Service or Operations functionsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products

Preference will be give to candidates with Strong customer service focus, some college, consumer electronics or E Commerce experience.
