EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 We are currently seeking an Excellent Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the VP/CFO, Director of Quality Assurance, Director of IT, Controller and Director of the Wireless System Group (WSG).



 

This is a highly visible position that will require a great deal on contact with domestic and international employees and customers.  Responsibilities will include, performing a variety of administrative duties, such as maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating customer visits, making travel arrangements, prepare expense reports and assist in bids and proposals. Candidate should be able to work independently, be a self-starter, energetic and highly professional.  Individual will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle confidential information and work in a diverse, fast paced, multi-cultural environment.

 

The ideal candidates will have an AAS Degree with 6 years experience working as an Exec Assistant for a Senior level Manager, Director, VP and/or President.  Excellent Computer skills (MS Office incl. Powerpoint and Excel and ERP) required and knowledge of a Foreign Language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic) is a plus.
