EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

 

PMC Commercial Trust, (www.pmctrust.com)is a publicly held real estate investment trust that primarily originates loans to small businesses through conventional loan products as well as SBA (Small Business Administration) loans.PMC Commercial Trust's corporate office is located in a convenient area of North Dallas.

 

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for two corporate executives.

 

The ideal candidate must: 

 Meet and exceed important deadlines. Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and quality in the tasks assignedBe highly flexible and dependable in order to accommodate busy and detail-oriented executives. Be capable of maintaining strict confidentialityBe able to multi-task, work at a fast pace and meet critical deadlinesHave strong proofreading/AccuracyHave strong organizational skills and attention to detailBe proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

 

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

 Preparing Board packages and correspondencePreparing press releasesHandle Investor Relations and Shareholder requestsDrafting letters and memosTyping, filing, making and receiving phone calls
