2ND ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT - $60K + BONUS & FREE LUNCH - IMMEDIATE HIRE!!

Revered Real Estate Conglomerate is seeking an impeccable professional to work in their beautiful Executive Suite as the 2nd Assistant to their President. High-energy, exhilarating position as the ?right hand? to the President maintaining schedules, handling correspondence, answering multiple phone lines, as well as managing all Charity projects.

$60,000 base salary, super Bonus, and fantastic Benefits package including medical, life, 401k, gym membership, and free Breakfast and Lunch.

Ideal candidate will be a college graduate with at least 5 years of experience as an Assistant. Must be exceptionally organized and be able to easily adjust to changing priorities. Excellent computer skills are required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be poised and professional, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
