We are looking for someone for the following job description working for a great company

?

Handle retailer and consumer questions by telephone & through written correspondence. Answer product questions. Creates data base for telephone calls, generates monthly call report for Product Managers, Prepares research activitties, Organizes product info for retailer seminars.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: BA degree from four-year college in a natural science field or medical field; or one to two years related experience and or training. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals, tech procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Basic math skills, Computer skills, word & Excel.
