Educational Conference Coordinator

We are looking for an individual to coordinate our Medical Trade Show and Clinical Speaker Programs.? The ideal candidate must be able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and coordinating details for Marketing Directors. Candidate must use considerable judgment and initiative to determine action to take in troubleshooting situations under tight deadlines. Your responsibilities would include:

????????? Preparation of Power Point presentations for clinicians, PhD?s, and Marketing Directors

????????? Preparation of written materials for use with the Clinical Speaker?s program

????????? Preparation of all materials needed to meet deadlines for annual Trade Shows

????????? Coordination of Educational Symposiums

????????? Phone and email communication support for interaction between clinicians and Directors

????????? Maintenance and tracking of all budget expenses for Trade Shows and Speaker Program

????????? General administrative support

Requirements:? Bachelor?s degree preferred.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to multi-task and prioritize along with excellent communication skills a must.
