Employment Law Paralegal

This position requires an understanding of legal issues affecting the employment relationship. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented and willing to work hard. Responsibilities include but are not limited to understandng and implementing contract terms, collecting and analyzing relevant data to identify trends and make proactive recommendations to address trends; researching federal and state employment law issues; monitoring caselaw developments and making recommendations to address case law developments; responding to employment discrimination claims and interacting with government agencies; coordinating special events relating to employment law; and working on special projects as they arise.
