Job Summary:

Provide Administrative Support for Engineering Change Orders

 

Job duties include but are not limited to: Expedite high priority Engineering Change OrdersWork as interface between ECO approvers and originator. Help ECO originator write and assemble package. Proactively solicit and document questions from approvers. Track all development ECOs in the queue ? keep metrics on ECO cycle time and reasons for delays. Equally support all development groups. Represent development groups in ECO process improvement initiative to institute more efficient and seamless documentation processes, supporting development teams. Train Engineers and Scientists on the ECO process and documentation infrastructure process. Continuously seek methods of improving the process and work with other key stakeholders to make it more efficient.

 

Education and Experience:BS/AS degree in science or engineering preferred4 ? 7 years of industry experienceAdministrative experience dealing with important documents is requiredDetail oriented, proactive, works independently, works well with others. Technical background ? preferably in bioscience systems. Good communication skills both oral and written. ECO processing experience is a plusExperience working with teams across multiple functions. Experience with Microarray systems is a plus.
