Enrollment Processor Team Leader 

EDMC Online Higher Education is seeking an Enrollment Processor Team Leader to manage all aspects of the South University Enrollment Processing Group. The Enrollment Processing group is a part of the Pre-Matriculation team, which provides a key role in the new student enrollment process by assisting in follow-up for new students after application. Candidates will be responsible for achieving the common goal of accurate student enrollment processing, including application data entry, overseeing acceptance process for all newly enrolled students, and other pre-matriculation functions within the Enrollment Processing group. Other responsibilities include providing excellent customer service within the guidelines, policies and procedures of the EDMC, providing support by maintaining administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring departmental projects

Skills/Requirements

1. Comfortable developing, leading, directing and motivating a small team. 

2. Must be able to communicate and effectively act as a member of a team as well as ability to work independently.  Should provide innovative and creative solutions to day-to-day operational issues and processes.  Should possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. 

3. Computer literacy required, experience with Student Information Systems preferred.

4. Strong organizational skills, and must be able to follow up on open issues and be good with details. Professional presence and ability to service clients/customers, both internal and external.

5. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  All duties must be completed in a timely manner, and accuracy is critical for success. Ability to prioritize work and work under pressure.

6. Bachelor?s degree or relevant experience preferred.
