Job Description

? Initiate telephone calls to follow up on enrollment forms 

? Use a computer system to track an enrollment process  

? Work independently

? Proficient at Excel, Power Point, Word 

 

? Qualifications

? Basic and accurate typing ability 

? Ability to learn telephone system

? Maintain regular attendance 

? Interact with co-workers in positive manner 

? Maintain high level of inbound/outbound phone calls daily 

? High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

? Previous data entry and previous insurance claims experience preferred 

? Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required 

 

The work schedule is 8-12 Monday - Friday.  The pay rate is $10 per hour base.
