Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position is responsible for creating exam sessions for school orders. Responsible for creation of exam sessions for school orders, as well as close coordination with clients pertaining to these orders. Create faculty review copies of exams as requested. Coordination with IT, Sales and Operations to ensure orders are correctly fulfilled to client specifications.
Qualifications
Teamwork and cooperation, customer service and achievement orientation, concern for detail, order quality and accuracy, willingness to be trained. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented and familiarity with various computers are required. Ability to work well with others. Strong customer service focus required. Requires a high school degree, 2-3 years of office experience with computer skills.
