Required Skills

High-School Diploma or GED

Ability to pass a stringent 10-Star employee screening process

Ability to type 35 or more words per minute

Ability to take on reception duties, greet visitors, route calls, take messages

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong multi-tasking ability

Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision

Ability to take notes at executive meetings and keep confidential information



Preferred Skills

Strong time and people management skills

Ability to provide accounting assistance such as data entry and file maintenance
