Exec Asst

Our local client is seeking an Executive assistant with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience with 2 years in coordinating projects in complex organizational environments. Need the ability to respond to top level management inquiries and assemble highly confidential information. Strong customer service skill required. This person would need to have a strong initiative and analytical ability to research and prepare reports. Proficient skills with Word, Excel and Power Point are needed. Lotus Notes and ICISPROC is very helpful along with the ability to learn an industry specific program. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. The ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects, use time management skill and independent judgment is mandatory. This position is originating in Stockton but may relocate to Manteca. The ideal candidate needs to be methodical and pay very close attention to detail.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
