Exec Secy/Admin Asst

Performs complex administrative assignments that involve diversified duties requiring an extensive knowledge of company organization and the ability to determine the appropriate course of action based on varying factors. Uses expertise to deal with somewhat difficult problems. Work customarily and regularly (50% of time or more) involves the adherence to standard practices and guidelines.

 

Job Qualifications/Required Skills

 

1. Minimum of 6-10 years Executive Administrative / Administrative Support experience
2. Previous experience interfacing with all levels of management
3. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
4. Proficient with Client Contact, PeopleSoft, CTLR and Peg@s
5. Prior experience making travel arrangements and completing travel expense reports
6. Highly organized, detail minded and ability to multi-task as priorities may change daily
7. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
9. Advanced working knowledge / proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.
