A fast paced consulting company in Tysons Corner seeks an Executive Assistant to support a group of executives. We offer stability, great benefits and a 'supportive' environment where your ideas will be heard.

Your duties will include: Planning all meetings for your staff, reserving conference space, ordering catering Client interaction--attending client meetings, maintaining client relationship and acting as point of contact for questions/problems and meeting coordination Time keeping, time entry for your group Processing expense reports, following up on payment Typing client engagement letters and agreements Assisting in preparing large presentations for clients--collating, copying materials Managing special projects Interfacing with other departments Creating new/better ways of completing tasks and implementing new procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive support work, good tenure and a positive attitude.
