Executive Admin Assistant II
Provides highly responsible, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives grade level E26 and above or a State Bank President & CEO. Manages the office of the President or Senior Executive and requires comprehensive knowledge of executive operations, policies, practices and personnel. Coordinates and facilitates high-level executive functions with wide latitude for independent judgment. Performs a variety of duties to conserve the time of the executive, such as keeping personal business bookkeeping records and other personal business items as directed. May coordinate and/or supervise office administrative and support personnel, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work. Assists with numerous highly confidential functions including merger & acquisition early stage meetings and due diligence document organization. Compiles, formats, prepares and distributes Board of Directors and Committee meeting materials, minutes and records. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies
Requirements:
Two-year degree in Secretarial Sciences or equivalent combination of course work and work experience. Seven years of directly related, progressively responsible secretarial and administrative work experience, including work experience in an Executive Secretary role. Exceptional secretarial and administrative skills. Business English skills. Knowledge of division organization, terminology and operations. Ability to work independently and with a team. Proven organizational skills, with ability to keep others focused, on task and efficient. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to work with all levels of the enterprise. Demonstrated PC skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools and presentation software
