Executive/Administrative Assistant

Aegis Therapies, the nation's largest contract rehab provider, has an exciting opportunity at our Delafield office.  This position will provide support to the VP of Aegis Sales, the Sales team and the supporting Aegis region office.  Responsible for weekly roll up and distribution of all sales reports. Will print presentations/proposals and development of District Manager's sales toolkits Responsible for monthly direct mailings, trade show management, commission requests and payroll Will manage expense budgets, expense processing Maintain executive teams appointment schedules, including scheduling meetings, conferences and travel

Qualifications will include:Eight plus (8+) years administrative and secretarial work experience Must have demonstrated competency and familiarity with business practices of a large organization Must posses computer skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job, to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Must have strong secretarial and outstanding communication skills Must have professional presence and demeanor Must meet all local health regulations, pass post offer drug test, and pass post employment physical exam if required
