Executive Assistant Opportunity available working for a FORTUNE 500 Mortgage company in Plano!

This person will report to the Senior VP of the Commercial Finance department.

Seeking a strong candidate that has?at least 3-5 years?executive level support experience.

Will be responsible for answering phones, filing, copying, arranging travel, preparing expense reports.

Will be responsible for supporting Originators as well Underwriters within the branch.

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access.

?

Any previous experience supporting higher level management within the mortgage industry would be an added plus!

?

Possible temp to hire opportunity!

Must be able to pass a credit check and background screen to qualify.
