Leading financial services firm is seeking top level assistants to work in a stimulating and challenging environment.

 

POSITIONSAdministrative Assistant Private Equity

Salary: $55,000- $60,000Provide support for the Managing Director handle phone calls, travel, expenses, client contact and projects.Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.Minimum 3 years experience working for an executive in a financial services company. environment.College degree preferred Executive Assistant Investment Banking

Salary: $60,000- $70,000

? Provide support for the Managing Director Handle phone calls, travel coordination, research and projects

? Candidate must have excellent communication and strong computer skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast passed environment.

? Minimum 5 years experience working for a Senior Executive in a corporate environment.

? Financial experience preferred

 Salary $55,000-$70,000 based on salary history and experience plus overtimeBenefits: Full benefit Package. All positions are bonus eligible
