Executive Administrative Assistant for growing mortgage company in Melville

Our client, a leading mortgage company in Melville, Long Island, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with some financial services industry experience, (preferably but not limited to the mortgage industry) to support a Senior VP .

Qualifications include proficient ms office skills: word, excel, powerpoint and outlook.

Duties include: preparing daily reports, managing SVP'S Outlook and calendar, have the ability to draft notes and turn it into a presentation, manage onboarding process for new hires, deal with phone calls from investors, prepare hand outs for meetings and ensure that SVP has necessary documents in front of him for meetings.
