Executive Assistant

Department: Legal

You will provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President of the Legal department. Your responsibilities will include general office management and support, with duties such as maintaining calendars, handling mail, coordinating and organizing meetings, organizing files, correspondence and travel arrangements. 

A high school education is required and some college is preferred. You must have at least five years experience as a Senior Executive Assistant. You must also be able to anticipate, initiate, and respond to department needs, work independently, prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once. Excellent organization skills, work ethic, ability to think proactively, effective follow-through, and attention to detail are a must.
