Job Description

Provides Administrative Assistant support to the VP of Product Management and members of the staff(director and product manager levels). In addition, this person may provide assistance to other Executives as required. The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties for the VP and staff in a positive and professional manner, exercising confidentiality and discretion at all times. The individual must work cooperatively in a support role to help achieve the goals and objectives of the executive and the Company. This individual will work independently and or collectively as a team player and is expected to help out other Administrative Assistants as appropriate. This candidate should have experience working in a global, team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficient in the use of software applications; e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes. Must have previous experience scheduling domestic and international travel arrangements and calendar management.

Requirements

Candidate must demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills. Must possess excellent PC skills including word processing, power point and spreadsheet applications. Must have strong communication skills coupled with the ability to communicate with employees at different levels of the organization. Must be able to work independently on several different tasks simultaneously, set priorities and ensure completion of tasks. Extensive experience with international and domestic travel. Scheduling appointments globally, responsible for screening correspondence including electronic mail, voicemail, reviewing prioritizing and routing and responding to inquiries as appropriate. Candidate must have experience with reconciliation of credit card statements and expense reporting. Candidate must have a minimum of 6+ years previous Administrative Experience, previous experience supporting an Executive is preferred.
