Executive Assistant HR
POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides executive administrative support services to the VP of Human Resources and department support. Responsibilities cover a wide variety of tasks that require a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Areas of support include, but are not limited to, presentation and report preparation, data compilation, coordination of training events, meetings, calendar management, special projects and travel arrangements. This position requires working with all levels of employees at Precor.
SCOPE OF POSITION
Position reports to the VP Human Resources. The position involves high degree of interaction with all levels of management and outside vendors/guests. Tasks range from simple to complex. Organization, follow through, attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills are important factors in daily administration of this position. The incumbent will be expected to work independently using technical judgment, while executing multiple tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Administrative Support
? Through face-to-face interaction, interprets ideas and thoughts to compose written correspondence.
? Assists departments staff with formulating written correspondence.
? Coordinates facsimile reports and mail distribution.
? Collects and enters data into spreadsheets and uses functions to reduce and analyze this data.
? Creates and maintains accurate filing systems.
? Responsible for VP?s expense reports and purchase orders.
? Responsible for a department procurement card and the monthly reconciliation of the statement.
? Budget tracking and coordination.
? Acts as department timekeeper and collects and enters employee time on a bi-weekly basis.
? Assists other departments as needed with special projects.
Report and Presentation Coordination
? Organizes and reviews weekly and monthly tracking for Woodinville departments.
? Produces weekly and monthly reports.
? Prepares reports and presentations.
? Coordinates reports and presentations with others.
Meeting Planning and Coordination
? Coordinates meetings and logistics (both on-site and off-site).
Other
? Coordinates travel arrangements with corporate travel agent and ResX program.
? Relieves Receptionist for lunch and/or breaks.
? Collaborates with other Admin staff on functions and reports.
Experience and Skills:
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job will be considered.
Education:
? College degree preferred.
Experience:
? Minimum five years experience as an Executive Assistant.
? Human Resources experience preferred
Other:
? Must be professional and able to handle a high degree of confidential information.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.
? Professional telephone manner required.
? Strong interpersonal skills involving phone and office etiquette.
? Must have initiative to prioritize workload and work well independently.
? Demonstrated self-starter, exhibiting initiative, confidence, professionalism and maturity.
? Motivated by high level of accountability; results-oriented.
? Team player with strong work ethic able to work with a variety of personality types.

Normal office working conditions.
Able to work overtime and flexible hours as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position requires keyboarding and telephone usage. Involves light physical effort including sitting and the bending or kneeling necessary to do filing.
