Executive Assistant - Human Resources

Prominent Essex County Law Firm has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant with strong Word and Excel skills. Looking for a team player with excellent communication and computer skills.  Must be able to multi-task handling a variety of responsibilitites supporting both the HR Manager and Firm Administrator.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while keeping a sense of humor are a must to succeed in this fast pace environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting with all aspects of HR including orientation, recruitment and workflow administration

* Assist with correspondence, organizational reports, calendar management, meeting coordination and special events.

Requirements:

* Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience working in an HR department

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Law firm experience a plus

  * College Degree a must
