Executive Assistant for CEO and CFO

 

Harris Connect, the worldwide leader in developing, publishing, and marketing Alumni and Membership directories, needs a top-level executive assistant to support our CEO and CFO.  A diverse range of responsibilities includes:  extensive travel arrangements, heavy calendar management, frequent telephone communication with senior decision makers and business partners, and preparing a variety of correspondences and reports. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience supporting a senior executive, excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  Bachelors Degree preferred.
