Executive Assistant for City Manager

Requirements:Maintain the schedule of the ManagerPrepare communication pieces of behalf of executive managementArrange and coordinate business travel and adapt quickly to changes in travel plans and requirementsPlan, coordinate, and execute all types of meetings and eventsCompose correspondence and reports Handle a large volume of incoming communication which includes email, voicemail and telephone callsAccurate and timely handling of expense reportsBasic contract completion and administration
Requirements:5-7 years of Executive Administrative ExperienceBachelor?s Degree strongly preferredStrong communication, writing and organizational skillsMust be able to start immediatelyAdvanced skills in MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and OutlookAbility to multi-task and reprioritize throughout the day
