Executive Assistant to CEO

Azopharma, a dynamic growing leading provider of drug development services in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industry is currently looking to fill the following expansion created positions at our Miami, FL facility

Executive Assistant to CEO ? Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and follow-up skills are required. Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must, the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Ability to anticipate needs, Collaborative work style, may perform general administrative or other departmental duties as required. The Executive Assistant provides general, specialized, confidential and time sensitive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer in an accurate and flexible manner. The Executive Assistant also acts as the primary liaison with various departments within the Company:

 

? Schedule and control the Executive?s daily appointment calendar

? Arrange and coordinate Executive's meetings, conferences, special functions and appointments

? Collect and prepare information for use in discussions and meetings with executive staff members and outside individuals

? Receive and answer telephone calls, mail, visitors and prepare or edit routine and advanced correspondence.

? Assist in contract formatting, editing, and review using the advanced features of Word.

? Maintain records, gather and check data, design, format, compose, and edit reports as well as PowerPoint presentations.

? Make travel and hotel arrangements as required.
