The ideal candidate will have a professional and polished presentation as well as exceptional communication skills. A large percentage of this position requires experience in providing administrative and clerical support, travel arrangements, and the scheduling of meetings. This individual must be a natural leader and multi-tasker. ?The ideal candidate will possess?the ability to communicate effectively with top level executives, be able to know in advance what is needed to get the job done, and have flexibility with?their schedule.?? It is imperative that this candidate possess exceptional skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

Core Responsibilities:
?Assist the Vice President of Sales with calendar management Coordinate travel arrangements?? Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans etc. Handle confidential information appropriately Review schedules, including checking meeting requests, and daily callsSort and schedule all new emails, including prioritizing, assist in time management and summarizing information for VP of Sales and top executives.Perform special assignments such as B&Ts for funding and banking relations within lease division. Ability to easily communicate with diverse business clients, such as President/CEOS, Account Executives, and equipment vendors in coordinating meetings and documents to be completed.Adjust scheduled meetings as required, including rescheduling conflicts, and prioritizing all meetings.Respond to all high-priority emails, and review any administrative and information emails.Plan work, including attending executive meetings, tracking assignments, reviewing work plans, following-up, and creating an updated daily schedule.
