Experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO/President needed for a growing oil field service company.

Candidate must have minimum 5 years experience supporting a CEO or President. Candidate must also be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and have excellent communication skills. This candidate must be able to think and act quickly and be one step ahead of the President.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Answering phones, typing correspondence, e-mail review, faxing, filing and opening and sorting mail.Update the contact databaseKeeping up with a daily calendar and itinerary.Fielding people requesting to see and speak with the PresidentTravel - domestic and internationalVisas and PassportsPromotional items - ordering and reviewingAssist President and family members with personal businessAssist with the planning of events and parties
