Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare is a not-for-profit organization and one of the largest integrated regional health care delivery systems in southeast Wisconsin. Our team of nearly 9,000 employees delivers quality care through our major acute care hospitals, transitional and extended care facilities, home health and hospice agency and a network of outpatient and physician clinics. We currently have two full-time openings available for Executive Assistants in our Information Services Department; one supporting our VP, and the other supporting our CIO.

Executive Assistants

In these rewarding positions, it will be your responsibility to provide outstanding administrative and office support, handling telephone inquiries, maintaining records and filing systems, taking minutes, booking and scheduling meeting and travel arrangements, as well as coordinating special programs or projects. You will further interact with internal and external customers, to ensure quality service is achieved at all times, while adhering to the Wheaton Franciscan System values and mission.

To qualify, you must have extensive MS Office expertise along with at least eight years of administrative support experience assisting individuals in senior-level leadership capacities. Essential to your long-term success are strong, demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, excellent organizational talents in addition to superior interpersonal abilities in dealing with both difficult situations and customers.
