Executive / Personal Assistant to A Young CEO

Before moving on understand you will be working for a fast paced young company all staff under 40 .
$30 million in sales per year and growing we are seeking somone that can work in a fast paced yet fun work place.


Job Purpose:

Conserves employer's time by maintaining calendars; managing communication and visitors; arranging for activities and services; keeping information confidential. Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.


Duties:
* Maintains employer's calendar by setting, monitoring, and confirming appointments; reminding employer of schedules; preparing visitors; developing itineraries. * Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

* Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.


* Protects employer's time by screening, researching, and managing correspondence, messages, telephone calls, and visitors; preventing interruptions; resolving issues.

* Arranges activities and services by identifying and clarifying needs and desires; researching options; making reservations for dining, travel, lodging, entertainment, rentals, gifts, sporting events, couriers, medical services; scheduling and supervising home entertainment, parties, dinners, maintenance, housekeepers, and cooks; running errands; shopping for necessities and gifts.

* Anticipates assistance needed by identifying problems, needs, options, and solutions before being asked.

* Provides secretarial services by drafting correspondence; transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics; establishing and maintaining files and records; collecting and analyzing information; preparing reports.

* Maintains employer's privacy by keeping information confidential.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential


* Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
