As the Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO/Chairman you will: Provide comprehensive and proactive support for the CEO/Chairman, as a member of his administrative team. Interact with the Vice Chairman/President, the Board of Directors, Senior Executive Management, and other important business constituents. Perform project work that encompasses a broad scope of tactical activities. Act on CEO/Chairman?s behalf for multiple levels of administrative matters related to his function. Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments and plan events. Receive/screen telephone calls. Prepare correspondence, documents and reports. Arrange both domestic and international travel which includes air, hotel and ground transportation. Process expense reports, business and personal bills. Provide administrative support related to personal matters.Required Skills:

Bachelors degree preferred. Five (5) years experience supporting CEO/President level in an Executive/Personal Assistant capacity. PC proficiency and experience in a MS Windows environment (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism/business maturity with the ability to deal with sensitive matters and to maintain confidentiality. Excellent organization, project management and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of flexibility, reliability and dependability. Proficiency utilizing the internet for research.
