Teledyne Leeman Labs, a producer of quality analytical instruments, is accepting resumes for the following position:

Executive Sales Assistant

The successful candidate will have several years of experience providing administrative assistance to domestic sales management and field sales personnel.

We are seeking an executive level person who has experience with tasks ranging from the preparation of quotations and bids, to maintenance of state and federal contracts.  The successful candidate should be a 'people person' who possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as a desire to be the lead facilitator of a dynamic field sales organization.  Capability to carry tasks to completion without oversight is critical.  Some flexibility in working hours will be important to allow for completion of time critical tasks, such as preparation of bid packages.  Significant expertise with software tool including MS Word, Excel, Etc. are a must.
