Experienced Auto Body Office Personnel

Patterson Auto Body has been providing excellent services to it's customers for over 15 years. We are known for our multi-dealership sponsorship and are currently adding to our network. Patterson Auto Body is currently in the middle of a growth spurt, which leaves room for advancement and stability. Excellent pay and benefit to include 401K will be offered . add to our wonderful ever-growing customer friendly reputation.

Duties & Requirements: Read and understand insurance estimates Read and initiate supplements in order to ensure the payment of parts and labor Get supplement package together and ready for appraiser Follow threw with each supplement to ensure timely delivery Charge parts to each individual vehicle/ file by PO# (customer last name) Know insurance procedures and policies Start and close repair orders for every vehicle in shop (20 - 25 vehicles per week). All repair orders & DTP's must be signed at dropoff Tag every vehicle dropped off and process them into workflow (vehicle log) Follow through with insurance regarding money &/or payment pending Maintain and update records of account payables and account receivables and create deposits Learn and maintain company's filing procedures Job description is not only limited to the list above and may include other duties
