Experienced Customer Service Rep

Duties: This is a highly visible role to client managers and suppliers in which the Rep will monitor and communicate available funding. The ideal candidate for this role is able to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of management. Responsible for insuring that when funding is near depleted for projects that additional funds are requested from client managers. Role also needs to communicate with suppliers to inform them of the status. The position requires an understanding of basic AP/AR and a high comfort level with financial reporting. 

 

 

Skills:

-Professional verbal and written communication skills a must
-Minimum of one year experience in a high level customer service environment
-Exposure to financial reporting a must
-Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
