 Executive Administrative Assistant

 

Responsibilities:Compile various weekly and monthly corporate reportsPrepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPointPrepare Meeting MinutesCreate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and graphsMonitor designated email accounts and calendarsManipulate reporting data including performance reports, goals, and announcementsProvide complex national and international travel arrangementsAssist with sales team communicationSchedule meetings, transportation, catering, and hotel accomodationsMaintain corporate calendarMaintain filing for various departments

 

Requirements:Associates Degree preferredAdvanced computer system knowledge - Microsoft Office and SAPStrong communication skillsMust be detail oriented with high organizational/prioritization skillsExhibit a high sense of urgency5+ years administrative assistant experienceGerman language skills required
